To ensure the quality of your body butter, store it in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent any melting. Unlike most commercial body butters that contain synthetic stabilizers to withstand high temperatures, our clean ingredients can be a bit more sensitive during hot weather, especially during transit.
If your body butter happens to melt for any reason, don't worry! You can simply place it in the fridge. While its consistency may temporarily resemble a body balm, rest assured that its nourishing properties remain unchanged and safe for use.
While we take every precaution to package your product securely and insulate it as best we can, please understand that we cannot control the temperatures during the shipping process.
